We’re seeking several qualified individuals to build a corporate sales program from the ground up, working with leading professional services businesses such as law offices, accounting firms, and consulting companies to offer made-to-measure clothing as part of a corporate benefit program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, generating new leads, and occasionally traveling to networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.

Our ideal timeline is an initial work trial of 2-3 months to assess fit before mutually agreeing to a full-time role.

Objectives of this role

  • Build a corporate sales program (if hired for the Head of Corporate Sales role)
  • Successfully achieve sales quotas
  • Generate leads and build relationships

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with corporate clients
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and close new business
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Previous sales experience within a similar industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
