The day we look forward to the most is when your garment arrives. Whether in person or on FaceTime, we’ll assess the fit and find any necessary tweaks that need adjustment by a tailor to make sure you love it. We really believe in taking care of people, so we’ll work with you until it’s absolutely perfect.

Common Fitting Questions
It depends on what you're ordering. A shirt or jacket takes about 15 minutes, a suit takes about 30 minutes, and a full consultation (where we go over your style from A-Z and then some) takes about 90 minutes.
If you're short on time, we can speed it up a bit but we do love spending time with our customers.
We offer fittings in our Kansas City showroom or virtually, in which case the finished garments will be shipped to you. With our Signature Garments, we’ll fly out to you to complete the fitting (no kidding).
Our fabrics are sourced from the finest English and Italian mills. Our team filters through thousands of swatches and retains only the best for our house selection. The other materials used to make our suits, from horsehair canvas to our own custom horn buttons, are the best available.
