Virtual Fitting Kit
Our Virtual Fitting Kit brings an incredible personal fitting experience to the comfort of your home. We’ll ship you two standard-sizes (both jacket and pants) to try on and adjust during a video call fitting with one of our fitters.
1. Choose your sizes — Pick the two sizes that you think are most likely to fit you well, selecting the size you typically wear, plus one larger size. For example, if you’re typically a size 42R jacket, pick a 42 and a 44. Please the order and your kit will arrive in a few days.
2. Virtual fitting — You’ll receive an calendar invitation for your preferred fitting and meet one of our fitters by video call. You’ll try on the garments and we’ll go over every fit change you’d like to make. During the fitting, you can also pick fabrics, garment styling details, and place an order, although it isn’t required.
3. Return the kit — Repack the standard garments and ship them back using the included label and we’ll refund your deposit as soon as they’re received!
4. Perfect fit — Whether you order during the video call or afterward, you’ll receive an exceptionally fitting garment. Once the first garment arrives, we’re happy to make any adjustments. And, to ensure you love it, we offer a complimentary remake on your first order if that is needed.

- 1. Select your try-on sizes, pick the date and time for your virtual fitting, and complete your purchase.
- 2. We'll send you the try-on garments.
- 3. During the fitting, our fitter will go over every detail of the fit and make any adjustments we need to get a great fit.
- 4. We'll get to work making your garment, and you ship the try-ons back to us.
- 5. You'll practice politely accepting the compliments that are headed your way.

Place the tape measure around your upper chest and pull it snug but not tight. Take two or three regular breaths, letting the tape measure expand naturally with each breath. The measured number in inches is your jacket size. We recommend doing this a few times and taking the average number. If you land on an odd number, choose the next even size up.
Let us know what size you currently wear in the waist of chinos or dress trousers. Choose that size. If they fit really tight in the waist and seat, choose one size up.
Put a measuring tape around your neck, ensuring that it is over your Adam’s apple. Do not pull the measuring tape too tightly. Write down the number in inches. To ensure accuracy, we recommend doing this a few times and getting an average number. Round up to the nearest size.

- Start the tape at four inches
- Keep your arm at your side
- Pin at your elbow
- Measure to where you want the shirt to end
- We recommend right at the break of your wrist
- Subtract four inches
- Repeat a few times

Once the garments are delivered to us, we inspect and prepare them for two-day shipping to you. Suits, jackets, tuxedos, and outerwear ship with our custom wooden hangers and garment sleeves.
If anything needs to be tweaked, we will cover any alterations up to $50 at your local tailor and note them for the future.
